When I started on this healthy eating journey I figured that everything would be bland, tasteless, and not able to fill my cravings.

When I want tailgate party food, or a romantic meal, I’d get disappointed or be tempted to “cheat”.

My mind would float to the health food aisle full of gross seed crackers, weird rice crisps and bland tofu.

So I decided I’d learn to reverse engineer some of my favorite “junk foods”

Using high quality ingredients from our farm and other farmers we trusted.

And guess what these dishes are amazing! Better than the originals, because of their quality.

The biggest lesson I have learned is that everything boils down to the quality of ingredients you use.

You can choose cheap junk full of preservatives, chemicals, seed oils, and destructively raised meats and veg. OR you can choose the highest quality ingredients from real farmers like us, and eat mouthwatering meals, every single day, with out the msg headache or the inflammation bloat.
